Sneaker Politics x Cafe du Monde Saucony Shadow 5000

What does the most popular American boutique and the best café in New Orleans have in common? Saucony Shadow 5000, the new kid on the block, is the effect of collaboration of Sneaker Politics and Café du Monde. The project was inspired by legendary donuts served in this place.

The Saucony’s classic design in the shades of sweet dessert constitutes a reliable combination of mesh, leather and suede. The visible white marks on the upper part of the shoes are a reference to the powdered sugar used to decorate donuts served at Café du Monde.

The intriguingly green sole and insole of the model correspond to the awning on the patio. Two extra sets of shoelaces and the logo placed on the shoe tongue are also in the same color.

The whole design has been packed in a unique carton resembling a take-away box for sweets. This gives the model additional uniqueness which will surely be appreciated by every Sneakerhead.

Sneaker Politics x Café du Monde x Saucony Shadow 5000 is a real must of every Sneaker lover. The launch of the model took place on July 6th.
