The comeback of Reebok Bolton OG

Reebok Classic refuses to slow down. After the recent success of the revived Bolton model in two original colours, the British manufacturer brings us back to the early 1990s. After less than 3 years, the designers of the brand again decided to work on the trusted classic from 1992.

Originally, the runners from the nineties were part of the “Running Man” series, which in the 90s paved the way for light, universal running shoes made of synthetic materials.

The name “Bolton” itself comes from the British city where the first Reebok factory was built. Interestingly, on the American market the name was slightly improved and the shoes were commonly known as "Boston", whereas the next version of the Boltons was called "Barcelona".

Now it is time to say a few words about such aspects as technology and visuality. Reebok Bolton's colours are a faithful replica of those from 1992 - "Red Rush" and "Magenta Pop" and are based on the light, mesh and nylon construction joined by creamy, synthetic nubuck.

The middle sole is made of lightweight Hy-Lite foam, which under the heel is equipped with HEXALITE, which is a gaseous, hexagonal cushioning system.

The premiere of both colours of Reebok Bolton OG was planned for January 24th, and now you can familiarize yourself with both models in the photo gallery below.
