Flux sneakers were created on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the adidas ZX series. The German brand reached for completely new solutions and in 2014 the first zx flux models appeared on the market. However, their main inspiration was younger-from 1989. It was in the Year of the fluxes ' launch that the 25th anniversary of the adidas zx 8000 model, which was the basis for their creation, fell. The key solutions were undoubtedly found in the sole: SoftCell technology cushioning the heel and protecting the ankle joint, and, in principle, above all, the torsion® system, which still helps to match the shoe to the ground, allows independent torsional movements of the front and rear parts of the foot and provides adequate support for the midfoot. One should not forget about such a characteristic detail as the molded heel cage.
